Biomarker identification is made by submitting processed MS data through industry-standard MASCOT & SEQUEST software enhanced by a suite of proprietary bioinformatics tools. After analysis we can perform comprehensive protein annotation and pathway analysis. The highest scoring peptides/proteins are provided to clients as an interest list ranked in significance order. Irrespective of your chosen work flow (proteomic or peptidomic) and separation method our dedicated bioinformatics tools ensure the maximum number of high confidence identifications and appropriate statistical methods for candidate biomarker ranking.
